Shinki Bus will open the hands-on complex “MONZEN -Himeji Local Gateway” on the first and second floors of Cuel Himeji (1-4 Nishi Ekimae-cho, Himeji City, Hyogo Prefecture) in March 2026.
It was designed not only to increase tourism consumption in Himeji City and the Harima area, but also as a “local community base” where local businesses, locals, and visitors can get involved and interact on an ongoing basis.
On the first floor, there will be a store featuring local products, a food stand, and a travel concierge to support sightseeing; on the second floor, there will be a gallery for events and a Himeji counter of Shinki Sightseeing to provide travel advice and other services. A large screen will be installed on the exterior wall and used as digital signage to provide local information, such as information on sightseeing spots in the city.
Business hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and closed during the year-end and New Year holidays and Obon vacations. Business hours are subject to change.
