Jalan has announced the top 10 “Best View of Flowers with a Spring-like Feel” ranking.
A survey was conducted on the most spectacular flower viewing spots in Japan where visitors can feel the arrival of spring. First place went to the “Minami no Sakura to Rape Blossom Festival” held along the Aono River near Shimogamo Onsen in Minami-Izu, followed by the “Shiroyama Cherry Blossom Festival” in Izu-no-kuni City with its early-blooming Kawazu cherry blossoms. In second place was “Shiroyama Cherry Blossom Festival” in Izu-no-kuni City, where early-blooming Kawazu cherry blossoms are beautiful, followed by ume (plum) blossoms, wisteria, and tulips.
