In early October, in conjunction with a ceremony commemorating the 55th anniversary of JAL’s Guam service, the company actually stayed in the area and visited two hotels of the Premier Hotel Group, which is operated by Ken Real Estate Leasing Co. The company operates six hotels in Guam: Hilton Guam Resort & Spa, Sheraton Laguna Guam Resort, Hotel Nikko Guam, Pacific Island Club Guam, Hyatt Regency Guam, and The Camellia Tower. This time we visited Pacific Island Club Guam (PIC Guam), which the company acquired and manages a long-established hotel that opened in the 1980s, and The Tsubaki Tower, a luxury hotel that opened in 2020 in the Corona Disaster.
