Dropped around Haneda, to be able to search across airport buildings, railroads, express buses, and cabs.

Posted on February 12, 2026 by Editor in Chief

Japan Airport Building and Tokyo International Airport Terminal have introduced a function that enables a batch cross search of Haneda Airport’s terminal building and surrounding transportation operators in the chat function for inquiring about lost items.

This service is implemented in “find chat,” the inquiry chat function of “Lost and Found Cloud find,” and is available for Tokyo Monorail, Keikyu Electric Railway, Keikyu Bus, Nihon Kotsu, and Tokyo Hire Taxi Association.

Until now, it has been necessary to contact individual terminal building companies, railroad companies, express bus companies, cab companies, etc. when lost or forgotten items are found in the vicinity of Haneda Airport, but with the introduction of this new function, it will be possible to check them all together.

Reception hours are from 9:00 to 21:00.
