Mitsubishi Estate and Simon will hold a New Year Sale at 10 premium outlets nationwide (Gotemba, Sano, Ami, Sakai, Fukaya Hanazono, Sendai Izumi, Rinku, Kobe Sanda, Toki, and Tosu). The period is from January 1 to 4, 2026 (January 2 to 4 for Sendai Izumi).
After the New Year’s Sale, the semi-annual PREMIUM OUTLETS BARGAIN will be held for 10 days from January 16 to 25, 2026. A wide range of products, including winter items from popular brands and household goods, will be available at discounted prices.
In addition, Gotemba Premium Outlets will hold a “Countdown Sale” from December 26 to 31, where customers can purchase winter items at sale prices one step ahead of the first sale.
