IT tower TOKYO LLC will open IT tower TOKYO, a high-rise office complex directly connected to Ikebukuro Station, on March 14, 2026. The redevelopment project, which has been underway on the site of the former Ikebukuro Marui at the west exit of the station, will be 140 meters high, with four basement floors to 27 stories above ground. The building will house mainly office floors, as well as a shared lounge, refreshment space, and food, beverage, and retail tenants.
