On December 19, Odakyu Corporation decided on a new construction plan for “ViNA GARDENS,” a development area at the west exit of Ebina Station on the Odakyu Line, which includes a “Family Building (tentative name)” scheduled to open in spring 2027 and a “Hotel and Hot Spring Building (tentative name)” scheduled to open in 2028.
Vina Gardens, whose development plan was announced in 2015, consists of a total of 9 lots, and with these two buildings, the entire development will be completed. Specific tenant information will be announced at a later date.
The Family Building (512-9, Megumi-cho, Ebina City, Kanagawa Prefecture, lot number) is scheduled to begin construction in November 2025 and be completed in December 2026 as a “new family base where children and pets can all smile. The five-story building (22.6 m high) will include a nursery school, childcare center, restaurant space, pet trimming and training classes, veterinary hospital, and pet hotel.
The hotel and hot spring building (512-4, Megumi-cho, Ebina City, Kanagawa Prefecture, lot number) will be a 12-story building (height: 51.5 m), with construction scheduled to begin in January 2026 and be completed in November 2027. Located close to the station, it will include a day spa facility, hotel, and stores where visitors can enjoy natural hot spring water that bubbles up from approximately 1,300 m below the ground.
The bathing facilities include a large bath, a large sauna, and family baths, as well as a lounge (nap area, kids’ area, and workspace) where visitors can relax after taking a hot bath.
The hotel will have approximately 120 guest rooms to meet a variety of needs, from functional single and double rooms suitable for business to rooms designed for family or group use. They will also be able to freely use the hot bath facilities during their stay.
