JR East will begin sales of the Adult’s Holiday Club Pass, a free ticket for Adult’s Holiday Club members only, for the third session of FY2025 (use from January 19 to 31, 2026) from today, December 19, 2012.
There are three types of “East Japan/Hokkaido version”, “East Japan version”, and “Hokkaido version”, each of which allows unlimited travel on the applicable section for five consecutive days. The “East Japan and Hokkaido” and “East Japan and Hokkaido” editions also include the Shinkansen bullet train.
For Green Car (limited to Ekinetto), up to 6 times for a reserved seat in a standard car or Green Car. However, only the fare is valid for Grand Class and Premium Green Car.
Tickets are sold at Ekinet, reserved-seat ticket machines at major stations, Midori-no madoguchi (ticket window), and Ekitabi Concierge. All of them accept “Otona no Holiday Club Card” (credit card) as the payment method. The ticket prices at Ekinet are more reasonable than those at other stations.
For example, a round trip from Tokyo to Shin-Aomori (in a standard car) costs 38,800 yen (a savings of 12,780 yen) with the Adult’s Holiday Club Pass, compared to 31,580 yen for a middle member (5% discount).
