Ibusuki City in Kagoshima Prefecture will hold the “Ibusuki Sunamushi Hot Springs and Seasonal Flavors Travel Discount Campaign” in February only, offering a total discount of up to 3,000 yen for lodging, dining, and shopping in the city.
When you make a reservation directly at a participating hotel or ryokan, a digital coupon worth 2,000 yen (1,000 yen for lodging + 1,000 yen for shopping) will be issued if the room rate is 5,000 yen or less, and a digital coupon worth 3,000 yen (2,000 yen for lodging + 1,000 yen for shopping) will be issued if the room rate is 5001 yen or more, on the day of your stay through the official city “Ibuki Sukisanpo App. The coupons are issued at the front desk on the day of the stay through the city’s official “Sukisanpo App”.
Reservations for stays between February 1 and 28 will be accepted at all accommodation facilities starting December 22. Coupons can be issued for one night per person during the period. The coupon can be used for eating, drinking, and shopping at participating stores in the city until March 10.
In February, Ibusuki City will hold the “Ibusuki Spring Gourmet Festival” featuring seasonal delicacies and an event to light up the hot spring water rising from the beach at “Sunaraku” Sunamushi Kaikan. Visitors can enjoy hot springs and gourmet foods while staying at a reasonable price.
