TAOYA Hakone (1246 Sengokuhara, Hakone-cho, Ashigarashita-gun, Kanagawa Prefecture) of the Oedo Onsen Monogatari Group is now offering a basic buffet plan with two meals per night. Prices start at 23,700 yen per person (for a standard twin room without indoor bath for two persons).
Surrounded by the nature of Sengokuhara in Hakone, this hot spring resort is a hideaway for adults and features a modern space inspired by the traditional craft of marquetry. Guests can enjoy the view of the sky and forest blending together from the large baths and open-air baths. All guest rooms also have forest views.
At the buffet dinner, special roast beef with truffle red wine sauce served with dauphinois and seafood teppan-yaki are served from a live kitchen. The all-you-can-eat buffet also includes Hakone Sanroku pork and green tea steamed with white onion, Odawara oden, Sanma-men, and crepe Suzette, a warm dessert made with Numazu mandarin oranges.
The TAOYA brand also offers an all-inclusive system, which means that all drinks, including alcohol, are available at dinner and in the lounge. Tororo soba (grated yam) will also be served for the evening meal.
