Fujieda City announced that “Road Station Yutorie Setoya” (5445 Hongo, Fujieda City, Shizuoka Prefecture), currently under construction, has received the 64th registration from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. It will be the third roadside station in the city and the first in 26 years, and is scheduled to open on April 1, 2026.
It is positioned as the new center of the “Fujieda Ceramic Village Project,” which aims to create a lively Setoya and mountainous area through ceramics and art in Fujieda City. It will feature a space where visitors can enjoy “craftsmanship,” “hot springs,” “food,” and “interaction” all at once.
The “logo mark design” is scheduled to be announced at a regular Fujieda City press conference on January 6.
