4. Summary of the case:
The subject of the disposition failed to process the application for allowance payment submitted by the expert in April 2025, and the allowance was not paid on the prescribed payment date. Subsequently, upon receiving an inquiry from the expert and requesting the allowance payment procedure, the subject of the disposition altered the date, etc. of the said application form. This falls under Article 33, Paragraph 1, Item 2 (Violation of professional obligations or neglect of duties) of the Employment Regulations for Fixed-Term Employees of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (Regulations (Personnel) No. 12 of 2022), and the disciplinary action has been taken.
