Akafuku is opening a store in Haneda Airport Terminals 1 and 2 from December 26 to January 7, 2026.
This special sales event will be held in conjunction with the year-end and New Year’s travel season. The venue will offer a variety of Japanese and Western confections, including the standard “Akafuku rice cake” and “White rice cake Kuroimochi” as well as the “Isuzu Chaya” cafe near the Ise Jingu Shrine, which is operated by Akafuku.
In addition, Isuzu Chaya’s “San Marron Mochi” will be sold for the first time at Haneda Airport. This product, which is a rice cake wrapped in flavorfully cooked chestnut red bean paste, was just introduced in the fall of 2025.
The lineup also includes “Mochi Dorayaki” (rice cake dorayaki), “Toki no Yokan Chestnuts,” “Okagedenu Sable,” and “Akafuku Zenzai,” all of which are recommended as souvenirs for the year-end and New Year holidays or as a reward for yourself.
