Takara Leben, a group company of MIRARTH Holdings, will open a new hotel, LEBEN HOTEL KAGOSHIMA AIRPORT (615-2, Kiyahara, Fumotoaza, Mizobe-cho, Kirishima, Kagoshima, etc.) in July 2027, as a reconstruction project of the former Kagoshima Airport Hotel. It will be operated by LEBEN HOTELS.
Located about a 9-minute walk from Kagoshima Airport, the former Kagoshima Airport Hotel, which closed at the end of March 2024 after 51 years of service, will be reborn as a new base to meet a wide range of stay needs, including business, tourism, and inbound travel. The new hotel will consist of a seven-story hotel building with a large public bath and a separate building with a convenience store, with 143 rooms in total.
The hotel will offer mainly compact room types suitable for business use, as well as twin rooms for multiple occupancy and connecting rooms for families and three-generation travelers. The lobby will feature a popular local café brand.
The large public bath will be equipped with an open-air bath, and will be the first hotel in the Kyushu area to introduce a microbubble bath, as well as a relaxing sauna to relieve travel fatigue.
