Atami Club Geihinkan (1171 Izuyama, Atami, Shizuoka Prefecture), a hot spring resort in Atami, is now offering a plan to stay in the newly built “Garden Suite with Open-air Bath Ocean View. Prices start at 39,600 yen per night with two meals (per person based on double occupancy).
The most attractive feature is the open-air hot spring bath with 100% free-flowing hot-spring water while enjoying a view of the ocean. The 100m2 terrace is equipped with “cradle” chairs and tables, allowing guests to enjoy their private space. The half-open-air baths in all rooms are also free-flowing hot-spring water.
Dinner is served at the Hyakusan Saryo restaurant, which overlooks the beautiful scenery of Atami, and features kaiseki cuisine using seafood and mountain products caught in the suburbs. For breakfast, Japanese dishes such as local dried fish and the inn’s specialty “Hyakusan Tofu,” which you can make yourself and taste freshly made, will be served.
