Anchor’s first travel conversion plug, compatible with over 200 countries and doubles as USB-A/C charger

Posted on February 4, 2026 by Editor in Chief

On February 3, Anker Japan released the Anker Nano Travel Adapter (5-in-1, 20W), the company’s first travel outlet conversion plug. It is priced at 3,990 yen.

It is compatible with more than 200 countries and regions by transforming into “Type A,” which is the mainstream in the U.S. and China as well as Japan, “Type C/E/K,” which is used in Korea and Europe, and “Type G,” which is used in the U.K. and Singapore. The plug part is foldable, resulting in a slim profile with a thickness of 31 m (body size: approx. 86 x 51 x 31 mm).

The output side has 2 USB Type-A and 2 Type-C ports in addition to 1 AC outlet (Type-A), and also functions as a USB charger. Since the main unit does not have a transformer function, the AC adapter side must be compatible with the voltage of the country in which it is used when used overseas where the voltage is different.
