Heiwa Real Estate has decided on the name “SAPPORO ONE” for the Odori Nishi 4 South Urban Area Redevelopment Project Type 1, which is underway at 4-1-1 Odori Nishi 4-chome, Chuo-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan.

The name “Satsuwan” was chosen because we “want to be a base where unique values are created in Sapporo. “We want to be a base that brings people and the city together. The name “Satsuwan” is also a symbol of the desire to “create a unique value in Sapporo” and “be a base to connect people and the city.

The building will have 36 floors above ground and 3 floors below (height: approximately 185 m), and will include office, retail, hotel, parking, terrace, and atrium. With a site area of approximately 5030 m2 and a total floor area of 99,800 m2, the building will be connected to the platform level of Odori Station on the Sapporo Municipal Subway Namboku Line, and will also expand the Odori Park underground plaza.

The Park Hyatt Sapporo is scheduled to open on the upper floors of the building (4th floor, 27th to 35th floors). The hotel will have 157 guest rooms, including beverage facilities, banquet halls, a spa, and an indoor swimming pool.
