Yokohama Hammerhead (2-14-1 Shinko, Naka-ku, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture) will open four cafes, food stores and other stores on the first and second floors in spring 2026.
On the first floor, there are three brands: “I’m donut? a bakery cafe “dacō”, and a hamburger store “Neo Nice Burger”.
I’m Donut is a store specializing in raw doughnuts created by owner-chef Ryota Hirako, and offers a melt-in-your-mouth “raw” texture that is crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside.
The concept of dacō is to be an urban bakery that offers the enjoyment of choice and the peace of mind of knowing that you can eat without leaving any leftovers. Enjoy a wide variety of beverages and small, bite-size loaves of bread.
Neo Nice Burger is a brand that delivers burgers that defy conventional boundaries. The brand offers a new burger experience in which the buns, sauces, ingredients, and even the side dish of fries are carefully crafted by artisans.
Baan Phadthai, a restaurant specializing in Pad Thai, which is the first of its kind to open in Japan, is located on the second floor. This restaurant, which originated in Bangkok, Thailand, has been selected as a Bib Gourmand restaurant in the Michelin Guide, and offers authentic Thai cuisine.
