La Poppo” and “La Poppo Farm,” sweet potato sweets specialty stores operated by Shirohato Food Industry, are selling pre-orders of “Myakumyak Yakiboro Can” at their online store from January 7, 9:00 a.m. The cans are available in two varieties: plain and chocolate. Two types, plain and chocolate, are available, priced at 2,376 yen each for a can of 8 pieces.
The “Myakumyakuyaki,” which was so popular that a total of 2.6 million units were sold during the Osaka-Kansai Expo, is now available in a crispy new roll. The package features an original can with a design of “Yakieemon,” the official character of Myakmyak Torapoppo.
Since the product is made to order, reservations will be accepted until January 19, but all orders will be cancelled (refunded) if the target number is not reached within this period. In the event that orders are fulfilled, delivery will be scheduled sequentially from April onward.
The Myakumyakuyaki has also been renewed and is now available as a frozen sweet. The set includes five each of two colors, plain and black (chocolate), with a special LaPoppo oimo whip to “swamp” (dip) the Myakmyakkuyaki to your liking, and 12 pies that resemble Myakmyakku tails, priced at 4,000 yen. The price is 4,000 yen.
