Felissimo will hold “Myakmyak Picture Book Exhibition: Myakmyak Birth Story” from February 21 to 27. The exhibition will be held at the west entrance on the first floor of Stage Felissimo (7-1 Shinko-cho, Chuo-ku, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture), and admission is free.

A mini-exhibition of the picture book “Myakmyak and … Myakmyak Birth Story” about Myakmyak, the official character of the Osaka-Kansai Expo. It was also held in November last year and attracted more than 30,000 visitors during the period.

Although only some of the large panels and tapestries will be on display at the exhibition, visitors will be able to view a design drawing signed by Kohei Yamashita, the picture book artist and designer who designed Myakmyak.

In addition, explanations of each picture by Mr. Yamashita will be on display. There are no plans to sell picture books or goods at the venue or to hold a Myakmyak visitors’ event. Hours of operation are 11:00-18:00 (last admission at 17:30).
