JR West Japan Group and Sanrio announced that the Hello Kitty Shinkansen, in operation on the Sanyo Shinkansen since June 2018, will end its service on May 17. A calendar of operating days from January to May is available on the official website.
With the end of the service, a finale campaign is being conducted from December 27, 2025. Please check the special website for details.
