Disney Ambassador Hotel will hold “Minnie’s Spring Daydream” from March 9 to April 7.
In conjunction with the event, a limited menu will be available at the hotel’s restaurants. Guests can enjoy courses and desserts inspired by Minnie dreaming of enjoying a meal with her friends on an idyllic spring day.
The California cuisine restaurant “Empire Grill” will offer a course menu for lunch and dinner. In addition to the “Minnie’s Spring Daydream” Special Dinner (13,800 yen), a lunch menu starting at 6,800 yen will also be available (starting March 16).
The “Minnie’s Spring Daydream” Cake Set (2,800 yen) is available at the Hyperion Lounge in the Lobby Lounge. The main dish is “Lemon and Honey Mousse” and comes with tea or coffee. Other sweets sets and drinks are also available. Don’t forget to make reservations in advance if you want to taste them.
The “Minnie’s Spring Daydream” Special Set (2,400 yen) is also available at Tic Tac Diner, a delicatessen where you can enjoy a light meal. The set includes a dessert sandwich with dark sweet cherry and pistachio cream and a soft drink.
In addition to the restaurants introduced in this issue, a buffet will be held at Chef Mickey’s.
