USJ’s “Jutsu Kaiten” attraction is back after a three-year absence! Visitors are thrown into a raging “Jutsu Battle” at the new “The Real 4-D” attraction!

Universal Studios Japan will hold “Universal Cool Japan 2026,” an event that brings together Japanese entertainment brands, starting January 30.

This year, the “Jyujyukaisen” attraction is back for its 11th year! In collaboration with the third season of the TV anime “Jyujyukaisen” that started airing this January, the theater show “Jyujyukaisen the Real 4-D: Kaitouru Kodai” will be open for a limited time.

The first collaboration in 2022 was well received, and now the long-awaited second collaboration has been realized. Based on the world view of the “Jutsu Kaisen” anime, this is a completely new original story featuring original characters only available at the park.

This time, the guest is a rookie assistant supervisor who supports the mission of a magician and takes on the mission together with the first-year students of the Tokyo College of Magic and Sorcery. The story begins with a search with Toradori, Fushiguro, Kugisaki and others for an “old Western-style house” where a string of disappearances have occurred.

In the eerie atmosphere of the hall, a fierce battle suddenly unfolds, and each time the sorcerers’ magic formula is activated, the viewer feels as if a “spell” is spreading through the space. The voices of the characters, who seemed to be standing right next to each other, and the battle scenes unfolding before one’s eyes instantly drew one into the world of “Jutsu Kaisen.

The venue is Cinema 4-D Theater in Hollywood area. The duration is approximately 20 minutes including the pre-show. Please check the “Show & Attraction Schedule” on the official website and app for the show times of the day.

This season, the “Jutsu Kaisen x Story Ride” (Hollywood Dream the Ride) will also open for a limited time, also returning after a three-year absence. The first phase (January 30-May 10) and the second phase (May 11-August 18) will feature completely different stories.

In the first part, you can board the same train as Torajo, Fushikuro, Kugisaki and the others and enjoy an exhilarating coaster ride that takes you through a fierce battle with the spirits of the curse with your whole body. The contents of the second coaster will be announced at a later date. Stay tuned!
