Tobu Real Estate will open the hotel “T-home KAGE (KEI)” (1-25-10 Oshiage, Sumida-ku, Tokyo) on February 11.

T-home is an extended-stay hotel brand operating in the Tokyo Skytree Town area, and this facility is also located a 3-minute walk from Oshiage Station. With a total of 29 rooms that can accommodate up to 200 people, this facility is designed to accommodate large families and groups.

The facility will mainly target foreign tourists, and will consist of five wooden buildings designed to resemble row houses in the Edo period on the site of a former hospital in Oshiage. The name of the facility, “Kei,” also implies the meaning of creating a townscape. The rooms will be equipped with kitchens, microwave ovens, washing machines, and refrigerators, and will also feature Japanese-style elements.

Food and beverage outlets will be located on the site, as well as open space. The event will offer an opportunity to enjoy the four seasons in Japan and provide an exchange experience with the local community.
