JR Tokai Food Service will sell “Piyon to Kogumikun Cake no Nakayoshi Set” on a limited date in February. The price is 1,500 yen.
The product set includes one each of the company’s “Piyorin” and “Kogumakun Cake” developed by Meitetsu Shoten (Meitetsu Seikatsu Soken), and comes with an original sticker. Kogumakun is the character of Meitetsu NX Transportation, which is a group company of JR Tokai and Nagoya Railroad companies in the same area, which made the collaboration possible.
Piyorin” is a chick-shaped pudding made from Nagoya Cochin eggs, covered with bavarois and powdered sponge. Kogumakun Cake” is a cocoa sponge cake filled with strawberry mousse, created by the pastry chef of the Meitetsu Grand Hotel.
The products will be available at Piyorun Shop (attached to Nagoya Station) from 9:00, 12:00, 15:00, and 18:00 on February 5, 12, and 19, and at Meitetsu Shoten (Meitetsu Department Store main building) from 10:00 on February 6, 13, and 20. Each set is limited to 80 sets each day (20 sets each time at Piyorin Shop), and each person can only purchase one set. Reservations are not accepted.
In addition, JR Tokai Shoji will start selling “Kogumakun x Piyorin Dakko Plushie” on February 5. It will be sold at Meitetsu Shoten, Meitetsu Shoten Online Store, and “Blue Lines Ex” in JR Tokai Market.
