GREEN x EXPO Association and the Master Licensing Office for the 2027 International Horticultural Exposition will release a plush toy of Tunk Tunk, the official mascot character of GREEN x EXPO 2027, to be held in Yokohama in 2027, on January 28. Priced at 4,290 yen, it will be available at EXPO 2027 official stores and other retailers.

Up until now, stationery and apparel products have been sold as officially licensed products, but this is the first time a plush toy has been made. The plush is said to feature an adorable pose and a soft, comfortable boa material that makes you want to pet it. The size is approximately 140 x 140 x 130 mm (W x D x H).

The theme of GREENxEXPO 2027 is “Tomorrow’s Landscape for Creating Happiness. The exhibition will be held from March 19 to September 26, 2027, utilizing approximately 100 hectares of the southern side of the former Kamiseya Communication Facility in Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
