Kyoritsu Maintenance Co., Ltd. has begun taking reservations on its official website for lodging at the Dormy Inn Yokkaichi (1-4 Hamada-cho, Yokkaichi City, Mie Prefecture), which will pre-open on March 17, 2012.

The opening commemorative plan starts at 9,500 yen for a double room for single occupancy, and 7,500 yen for a double room for double occupancy, per person. Breakfast is included.

Following Dormy Inn Tsu, this will be the second property to open in Mie Prefecture, and is located about a 6-minute walk from Kintetsu Yokkaichi Station. The 12-story building has a total of 197 rooms of five types, mainly double and twin rooms.

The hotel is equipped with a large natural hot spring bath, a high-temperature dry sauna (auto-rowl), and a water bath. The breakfast buffet offers approximately 50 Japanese and Western dishes, including kobachi yokocho (small bowls of food using seasonal ingredients) and Yokkaichi tonteki, a local dish.

In addition, free ice cream and lactobacillus beverages are available to enjoy after taking a hot bath, and the famous light soy sauce ramen “yonaki soba” is available as a nighttime meal.

The hotel is also within easy reach of “Yokkaichi Port Port Building Umiterasu 14,” known as a sacred place for night views of factories, and the Yokkaichi City Museum, where you can learn about the history of Yokkaichi City, and is recommended as a base not only for business but also for leisure activities.
