Kansai’s first permanent “EXPO 2027 Official Store” opens in Sannomiya, Kobe. Tunku photo session on the first day.

GREEN x EXPO Association and the 2027 International Horticultural Exposition Master License Office will open “EXPO 2027 Official Store Junkudo Bookstore Sannomiya” (1-6-18 Sannomiya-cho, Chuo-ku, Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture) on January 30.

This is the first permanent store in the Kansai area and the base for promoting the attractions of “GREEN x EXPO 2027” to be held in Yokohama in 2027. The store offers a wide variety of officially licensed products, including goods featuring the official mascot character “Tunktunku. Business hours are from 10:00 to 21:00 (closed on the same days as Junkudo Bookstore Sannomiya).

On January 30, the first day of the opening, a meet and greet event will be held where visitors can take two-shot photos with “Tunku Tunku,” each session lasting approximately 20 minutes (from 11:00/14:00/16:00), with a maximum capacity of 30 pairs per session. Reservations are required in advance and will be accepted at Junkudo Bookstore Sannomiya from January 28th at 10:00 a.m.
