The “HOTEL R9 TheYard” series is a series of container hotels with 121 outlets nationwide. The Yard has established a cooperative system with the Higashiomi and Koka branches in neighboring cities and the nearby Shonan branch, and in the event of an emergency, guest rooms will be relocated to the disaster area and operated as a “rescue hotel,” an evacuation facility.
HOTEL R9 The Yard Gamo Hino, the fifth in Shiga Prefecture, is located along Route 307, about 15 minutes by car from the Gamo Smart Interchange on the Meishin Expressway. Hino Town is home to numerous factories, including Hino No. 1 Industrial Park and Hino No. 2 Industrial Park, making it ideal for business trips and business use. A convenience store is located across the street from the hotel, and the “Friend Town Hino” shopping center and restaurants are within walking distance, making it a comfortable place to stay even during consecutive nights.
The area is also dotted with golf courses and has good access to the town’s popular spots, “Shiga Agricultural Park Blume no Oka” and “Mitsui Outlet Park Shiga Ryuo,” making it a good base for leisure stays.
A total of 47 independent guest rooms are available using construction container modules. The rooms are equipped with beds, unit baths, refrigerators, microwave ovens, humidifying air purifiers, and other amenities.
The 47 guest rooms range from 6,200 yen per person per night for a double room (41 rooms, 13m2) and 8,700 yen per person per night for a double room, and from 6,200 yen per person per night for a twin room (6 rooms, 13m2) and 9,700 yen per night for a double room. Free parking for 48 standard and light vehicles is available on the premises.
