Yumcha x Strawberry Afternoon Tea, starting January 10. A total of 19 dishes including dim sum and sweets are served.

ANA InterContinental Hotel Tokyo (1-12-33 Akasaka, Minato-ku, Tokyo) will offer seasonal “Strawberry Chinese Afternoon Tea” at Chinese restaurant Huali on the 3rd floor. The period is from January 10 to April 30, 2026, and the price is 8,900 yen per person.

This dim sum and strawberry afternoon tea is held in conjunction with the “Strawberry Sensation 2026,” a strawberry fair held at all seven of the hotel’s restaurants. Ten dishes and nine sweets will be served in a special large steamer basket decorated with the auspicious “Souki Mon” (a Chinese character for “囍” used in celebratory occasions) and a strawberry design, creating a festive atmosphere.

The dishes include “Deep-fried shrimp dumplings with red batter” and “Roasted Wagyu beef loin with Brussels sprouts and strawberry powder,” which incorporate the sweet and sour flavor of strawberries; “Steamed egg custard with red bean paste with king crab” and “Hokkai scallops in hot water with beet sauce,” which are finished in red and white to resemble strawberries; and “Strawberry buns with custard bean paste” in a strawberry shape that makes a big impact. Sweets include “Lotus Seed An and Strawberry Spring Roll”, which is an exquisite combination of crispy skin and juicy strawberry red bean paste, “Strawberry and Aloe Compote with Hakkaku Fragrance” and “Strawberry and Guihua Chen Jelly”, all using an abundance of seasonal strawberries.

The beverage lineup includes six types of Chinese tea with different aromas and flavors, which can be freely paired with dishes and sweets. A special cocktail “Strawberry and Mint Cocktail” (2,530 yen) and a free-flow alcohol plan (3,000 yen per person), which is recommended for dinner time, are also available as separate items.

The service is offered in three parts, each lasting two hours (from 11:30am, 2pm, and 5:30pm). Reservations are required by 3:00 p.m. on the previous business day.
