Kita Akita City is running a winter travel campaign, “Kita Akita City Hospitality Lodging Support Project,” until March 5, 2026.
Visitors staying at hotels and hot spring resorts in the Takanosu, Moriyoshi, and Ani areas will receive a “Regional Coupon Certificate worth 3,000 yen” for a package price of 8,000 yen or more, and a “Regional Coupon Certificate worth 2,000 yen” for a package price of 4,000 yen or more. The coupons can be used at tourist facilities, restaurants, and souvenir stores, and will be distributed for stays from December 1 to March 5, 2026, up to three consecutive nights.
Coupons can be received by informing the accommodation facility where you made your reservation that you wish to apply for the “Omotenashi Accommodation Support Project”.
