Keihan Electric Railway will operate all-night trains through New Year’s Day, 2026. All lines except the Otsu Line (Keitsu Line and Ishiyama-zaka Line) will be covered.
On the Keihan Main Line and Kamoto Line (between Demachiyanagi Station and Yodoyabashi Station), semi-express or local trains will run every 15 to 30 minutes. In addition, limited express trains will run every 20 minutes until 23:00, and express trains every 20 to 30 minutes until 26:00. Premium car tickets for the all-night service will go on sale at 10:00 a.m. on December 17.
The Nakanoshima Line, Katano Line, and Uji Line will also operate at intervals of approximately 30 to 40 minutes after 24:00. The Ishimizu Hachiman-gu Shrine approach cable (cable car line) will make a round trip every 5 to 15 minutes after 23:00.
The timetable for December 29-31 at 6:00 p.m. will be the Saturday and holiday timetable, the New Year’s Eve timetable from 6:00 p.m. on December 31 to 7:00 a.m. on January 1, and the New Year timetable from 7:00 a.m. on December 1 to 3:00 a.m. on January 3. The New Year’s timetable will be slightly less frequent than usual, while the rapid limited express “Rakuraku” will make 4.5 round trips per day.
