Workman is holding a one-week event “WORKMAN WEEK” through December 11, featuring a selection of hot products and limited production items. Eligible stores are WORKMAN stores nationwide and WORKMAN Plus except in shopping centers (not applicable to Workman Colors and #WorkmanGirls, which are stores for the general public).
Speaking of Workman, this reporter has long been interested in the “MediHeel” recovery wear, and when she visited the Colors store on the first of three consecutive holidays in November, the shelves were empty, but at this event, “some items that are hot on social networking sites” were available, and if she made a purchase, she would receive a novelty pouch. So, we decided to visit the roadside “serious store” that sells work clothes and outdoor wear.
Early in the morning of January 6, I searched the official website for the “MediHeel Room Trainer” in black, size M. To my surprise, there were more than 20 stores in Tokyo that said “○…in stock at closing the day before”. I immediately took the train and bus to the store.
Recovery wear was located in a special section just outside the entrance, with men’s size room sweatshirts and sweatpants for both men and women, and women’s warm sweatshirts and sweatpants displayed by size.
Perhaps because the store is geared toward artisans, almost all sizes and colors were still available in the women’s line, but the men’s line was almost sold out of the smallest size, M, among sizes M to 3L. This time, I purchased a women’s black top and bottom (1,900 yen each) for myself and a men’s navy top and bottom (2,300 yen each) for my partner.
