The Official Online Store for Officially Licensed Products of Expo 2025 Osaka-Kansai announced that it will close its service at 5:00 p.m. on January 7, 2026. After the site closes, order history confirmation, changes, cancellations, and the My Page function will no longer be available.
The last day for product orders is 5:00 p.m. on January 7, the same day as the close. The specified date of arrival is until December 25th, and after December 26th, the date of arrival cannot be specified. Convenience store payments will be accepted until December 25; after that, only credit cards and PayPay will be accepted. The inquiry form will be available until January 30, after which it will be handled only by phone.
The stamp rally project, which is being developed at some official stores, will be implemented at the online store until December 31.
As of December 5, the closing dates and times for the 10 permanent stores in Osaka, Hyogo, and Aichi have not been announced. The 11 pop-up stores operating in Osaka, Kyoto, and Hiroshima (including 5 stores opening on December 11) will remain open until February 28, 2026 at the most, depending on the store.
