Mitsui Fudosan has announced that it will sequentially implement large-scale renovations at four facilities in the Tokyo metropolitan area: Mitsui Shopping Park Lazona Kawasaki Plaza, Mitsui Shopping Park Urban Dock Lalaport Toyosu, Mitsui Shopping Park Lalaport Kashiwanoha, and Mitsui Shopping Park Lalaport Yokohama, beginning in 2026. Mitsui Shopping Park LaLaport Yokohama will undergo large-scale renovations beginning in 2026.

The company will promote the enhancement of the sports and entertainment business by improving the environment for indoor and outdoor event spaces, and expand the tenant lineup and food and beverage outlets in line with the characteristics of each facility.

Lazona Kawasaki Plaza (72-1 Horikawa-cho, Saiwai-ku, Kawasaki-shi, Kanagawa Prefecture) plans to renovate from the fall of 2026, focusing on the attraction of experience-based retailers, enhancement of food functions, and renovation of common areas. The Plaza will be reconstructed as a next-generation “experiential” commercial facility where visitors can also enjoy events.

Lalaport Toyosu (2-4-9 Toyosu, Koto-ku, Tokyo) will undergo a major renovation of common areas and enhancement of the tenant lineup from early 2026.

From the spring of 2027, Lalaport Kashiwanoha (175 Wakashiba, Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture) will actively attract sports and entertainment events by renovating common areas, in addition to strengthening food and beverage-related functions.

Lalaport Yokohama (4035-1 Ikebe-cho, Tsuzuki-ku, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture) plans to undergo a major renovation in spring 2026 or later. The tenant lineup will be strengthened to meet the needs of customers, the food court and other food offerings will be enhanced, and the sports and entertainment functions of the Central Garden and event space within the building will be strengthened.
