Fuel surcharge on JTA Naha – Taoyuan route is classified in the same category as “Japan – Korea/Far East Russia”; amount applicable from December is 2,500 yen.

JAL and JTA (Japan Transocean Air) will apply the same fuel surcharge to the Okinawa – Taipei and Kaohsiung routes as the “Japan – Korea and Far East Russia” category from December 3. Previously, the fare was classified as “Japan – East Asia (excluding South Korea and Mongolia)”.

Tickets issued between December 2025 and January 2026 for the Naha – Taoyuan route will be priced at ¥2,500 (one-way, one-segment).
