UNIQLO will roll out renewed kids’ and new baby products of its HEATTECH functional innerwear line this season.
Both are manufactured in different fabrics from men’s and women’s wear, and are light and soft to the touch, according to the company.
Kids’ “HEATTECH U-Neck T-shirts” have moisture absorption and desorption, antibacterial and deodorant functions, and a dry function to keep sweat off. This season, a name field has been added for easy naming. The price is 990 yen.
The “GOKOKU WARM,” which is 1.5 times warmer than regular HEATTECH, and the “SUPER GOKOKU WARM,” which is thicker and 2.25 times warmer than regular HEATTECH, were both made with a new fabric knitting method. The new fabrics contain more layers of air, making them softer and lighter. The “Ultra-Warm” fabric also has improved stretchability in the horizontal direction. The “Ultra Warm Heattech Cotton Crew Neck T-Shirt” is priced at 1,290 yen, and the “Ultra Warm Heattech Crew Neck T-Shirt” at 1,500 yen.
Baby’s new HEATTECH Cotton Crew Neck T is made of 100% cotton with a slightly raised skin surface for a soft feel. The fabric is knitted from a finer cotton than the men’s, women’s, and kids’ HEATTECH Cotton, resulting in a lighter, thinner fabric. Price: 990 yen.
