In response to a request from the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) for assistance for earthquake damage in northern Afghanistan, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) will provide emergency relief supplies as follows.

The earthquake that occurred on November 2 in northern Afghanistan has caused significant human and material damage in the affected areas.
