On November 6, Disney Hotels announced “Requests Regarding the Use of Mobile Batteries and Other Devices” during your stay.
This is in line with the alert issued by the Consumer Affairs Agency and the Fire and Disaster Management Agency of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications. In order to prevent heat generation and ignition accidents, the hotel provides the following information on how to handle products that use lithium-ion batteries, including mobile batteries.
Refrain from using or storing the product in places with high temperatures or near combustible materials (near windows in direct sunlight, near beds, sheets, or curtains, in bags or cloths, and other places where heat can easily build up). Refrain from charging the product when the guest room is unoccupied, such as when going out of the room, or when sleeping (when charging, the product should be in a condition that allows the user to check on it).
Furthermore, if any of the above activities are observed during room cleaning during a stay, the hotel cast may move the product or stop charging. For details, please check the official website.
