In this issue, we will introduce special menus available at restaurants and other establishments in the area.

Tokyo DisneySea will finally welcome the grand opening of its new theme port “Fantasy Springs” on June 6. A new “Frozen Kingdom” themed area based on the movie “Anna and the Snow Queen” will also be created, bringing the world of the movie to life before your eyes.

Feast menu in the mood of invited guests at Arendelle Castle

The Arendelle Royal Banquet restaurant is a counter service restaurant with approximately 570 seats. Anna and Elsa open the gates of Arendelle Castle and invite the people of the kingdom to a banquet, where guests can enjoy a menu prepared for the celebration in a room in the castle that is open as a dining area.

Inside the restaurant, you will find books and artifacts related to those characters in the movie, and you can even see many of the paintings that appear in the scene where the song “For the First Time in My Life” is sung. You can also dine in the great hall where Elsa’s coronation party was held.

The menu to be enjoyed is the “Arendelle Royal Set (Beef/Seafood)” (3,500 yen each). The appetizer “Smoked Salmon Trout and Orange Salad” is a classic Scandinavian dish of smoked salmon trout, lettuce, small tomatoes, and orange. The dish is also served with lingonberry jam and sour cream dipping sauce.

The “Potato Gratin,” which represents a scene in the Valley of the Trolls, also has green crumbs and a rounded form reminiscent of a scene where trolls come tumbling down the street. Also on the soft white bread is the silhouette of the bells of Arendelle Castle. You can almost hear the bells ringing in celebration!

Dessert is Olaf’s Marshmallow Cocoa Mousse. It is filled with pure white snow-like cream. The sticky texture of this sweet is depicted with Olaf. All of the above three menus are served in a basket.

The difference is the main dish of pie crust baked in pie crust. Two types of pie are available: “Beef in Pie” and “Lobster and Red Fish in Pie. The “Beef in Pie” is a rich beef dish based on cold-weather stews. It is filled with pureed white beans, fusilli and cauliflower. It is also branded with a large snowflake, inspired by Elsa’s magic.

Lobster and Red Fish Pie Wrapped in Pie” is packed with seafood flavor. It contains lobster, red fish and cauliflower. The cream sauce with seafood stock and saffron gives it a mild to mellow flavor. Elsa’s little snowflakes are scattered here.

The “Arendelle Royal Kids Set” (2,000 yen) is also available for kids. The set includes smoked salmon, trout and orange salad, troll-inspired potato salad, rice flour bread and apple juice. The main course is a meatball stew, which is sure to be a fun meal for kids. The restaurant is a “Disney Mobile Order” restaurant.

And with celebrations comes alcoholic beverages. The restaurant also offers “Fruit Wine (white/red)” (700 yen each). Let’s toast to the further prosperity of Arendelle, which has opened its gates, with a fruity wine that is perfect for the “Arendelle Royal Set! Let’s make a toast to the further prosperity of Arendelle, which has opened its gates.
