Solare Hotels and Resorts will rebrand and open Royal Pines Hotel Chiba (1-11-1 Chuo, Chuo-ku, Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture) in January 2025.
Located in the Chiba Chuo Twin Building No. 1, a 7-minute walk from JR Chiba Station and Keisei Chiba Station, the front desk and other common areas are on the 1st through 4th floors, and guest rooms are on the higher floors from the 12th through 17th floors. The hotel will have a total of 208 rooms ranging from single to family type rooms.
