Shimane Prefecture is running the “Hagi-Ishimi Marutoku (to) Rent-a-Car” campaign, offering a 9,000 yen discount on the cost of a rental car for up to 48 hours. In addition, each person will receive an “Iwami Kagurimeshi Coupon” worth 1,000 yen, which can be used locally.
The conditions of use are round-trip travel between Haneda Airport and Hagi/Ishimi Airport (excluding sale fares and award tickets) for two or more persons and at least one night at an accommodation facility in Shimane Prefecture. The period of the program is from April 22 to March 31, 2025. However, April 27-May 6, August 10-18, and December 28-January 5, 2025 are excluded.
To use the service, call the rental car company at least one week in advance, download the “Application and Agreement Form” from “Shimane Kanko Navi”, fill it out, and submit it at the rental car company counter.
