Carstay will be a co-sponsor and partner of the outdoor music event “NEW ACOUSTIC CAMP 2024,” and will set up 10 camping cars as “mobile luxury hotels” in the parking lot near the venue. An overnight area will also be set up for participants with overnight vehicles to help alleviate the shortage of accommodation facilities.
New Aco is an event combining music and outdoor activities to be held at the “Mizukami Kogen Resort 200” (6152-1 Fujiwara, Minakami-cho, Tone-gun, Gunma Prefecture) from September 14 to 15. Since many visitors are expected every year, as a first attempt, two foreign-made luxury campervans (2 units) accommodating up to 4 adults and eight Japanese-made campervans (8 units) accommodating up to 6 adults will be offered. Prices start at 188,000 yen for two days.
In addition to these 10 vehicles, approximately 50 other vehicles can be parked in the overnight area, and visitors can come and stay in their own or rented camping vehicles. Rates start at 9,000 yen per day. Carstay staff will be on hand, and toilets and power outlets will be provided.
