Tobu Railway and Kintetsu to Face Off East vs. West in Real “Momotetsu” Event. Let’s increase your assets by visiting actual stations!

Tobu Railway and Kinki Nippon Railway will hold a collaborative event with “Momotaro Dentetsu” as the first phase of a cooperative project, “Tobu vs Kintetsu: East vs West Showdown! will be held from April 19 to August 18.

Visitors can roll dice on the screen of a smartphone or other device (web application) to experience a game based on the Momotetsu motif on an actual train line. To play the game, you need a ticket to visit each station and an authentication code on the participation ticket.

In addition, a set of the ticket and a free ticket will be sold at stations in the area and on the TOBU MALL and Kintetsu Travel Reservation Center websites, and clear files (set of three, 1,000 yen) will be available as related goods.

The design of the participation ticket will be an “Express Series Card” featuring Tobu and Kintetsu limited express trains, which will also appear in the game.

During the period, in addition to individual competitions, a group competition will be held as an original element, “East vs. West,” in which Team Tobu and Team Kintetsu will compete for the total amount of assets. Prizes will be awarded to the top players in the individual competition by cumulative amount and by account settlement, and to the players of the winning team in the team competition by drawing.

Future collaboration measures (second and third rounds) are planned, including the release of commemorative goods and the development of original craft beer.
