Hilton Tokyo (6-6-2, Nishi-Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo) will offer a “Temaki-Sushi Lunch” at its Japanese restaurant “Junisyo” from May 7 to July 4.
The “Temaki-Sushi Set,” which allows customers to make their own hand-rolled sushi, comes with 11 kinds of ingredients, two kinds of rice (red vinegar and white vinegar), and six kinds of toppings such as ume plum paste and shrimp oboro. It also includes appetizers such as yoroi tofu and salad, and a dessert consisting of “hydrangea parfait” and flower tea.
The fee is 7,800 yen per person. Reservations are required and accepted through the website.
