Started sales of special one-day unlimited rides on Tokyo Metro, Toei Subway, and Yurikamome

Posted on March 20, 2024 by News Admin

Tokyo Metro, the Tokyo Metropolitan Transportation Bureau, and Yurikamome have launched online sales of a ticket package that includes a “Tokyo Subway Ticket,” a special ticket for travelers that allows unlimited rides on all Tokyo subway lines, and a “Yurikamome One-Day Pass,” which allows a tour of the Tokyo waterfront subcenter.

Tokyo Subway Ticket is normally available only to foreign visitors to Japan and domestic travelers, but this set of tickets can be used by anyone. The Tokyo Subway Ticket is available in three types: 24-hour, 48-hour, and 72-hour, but only the 24-hour “Tokyo Subway 24-hour Ticket” is being sold as part of this set. Compared to the regular “Tokyo Metro/Toei Subway One-Day Ticket” (900 yen for adults), the 24-hour Tokyo Subway 24-hour Ticket is 100 yen cheaper.

Another feature is the “Chikatoku” privilege service, which offers discounts, gifts, and other benefits when presented at approximately 230 facilities along the Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway lines.

The set includes a Tokyo Subway 24-hour Ticket (800 yen for adults) and a Yurikamome one-day pass (820 yen for adults), priced at 1620 yen. The Tokyo Subway Ticket is sold exclusively through the Tokyo Subway Ticket website, and the ticket is issued when the QR code sent to the purchaser is held over a ticket vending machine for Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway travelers. Yurikamome One-Day Ticket can be exchanged by presenting the QR code at the ticket counter in Shimbashi or Toyosu Stations.
