Senshukai’s Disney Fantasy Shop on Belle Maison will launch commemorative items for Donald Duck’s 90th screen debut on March 22. The shop will carry 10 items ranging from original apparel to interior goods.
Donald Duck made his screen debut in “The Clever Mendl,” released in 1934, and his birthday is June 9. To coincide with his birthday, the 90th anniversary year artwork has been incorporated into the merchandise. The “marine” theme is based on blue, and fresh designs are available.
Home items include the “Donald Duck Collection Rack with Drawers” (29,900 yen), which includes a plush stand with a Donald foot-shaped base, and an acrylic stand (2,290 yen) with special 90th anniversary artwork.
