Harbor Style will open Harbor Circuit Makuhari Shin-Toshin Store, where rental karts can be enjoyed, at AEON MALL Makuhari Shin-Toshin in mid-May.
The company had operated an indoor karting circuit in Chiba City, but closed it at the end of May last year due to the aging of the facility.
The new store, which will open on the AEON MALL site, will be located in the south flat parking lot in front of Active, and will be an outdoor course with a multi-level crossing over 400 meters in length. There will also be a dedicated course for kids and nighttime facilities. The vehicles to be used will be the latest models manufactured by SODI.
The company has begun construction for the opening and will announce the course layout and other details as soon as they are finalized.
