Mitsui Outlet Park Kisarazu, 4th phase development plan for expansion of luxury zone. To be the largest in Japan with approximately 330 stores.

Posted on March 14, 2024 by News Admin

On March 14, Mitsui Fudosan announced that it will begin construction of the fourth phase development plan for Mitsui Outlet Park Kisarazu in April, aiming to open in the summer of 2025.

Under the fourth phase development plan, the number of stores will be increased by about 30 to about 330, scaling up to the largest number of stores in Japan, by expanding the luxury zone and attracting leading domestic and foreign brands. Existing popular brands will also be converted into flagship stores by expanding the store floor area.

In the common area, a new large roof plaza of approximately 700m2 will be built. A seating area will be provided to allow people to take a break in the event of rain.
