Cool “Moomin” collaboration room newly opened at Sunshine City Prince Hotel in Ikebukuro. Take-home goods also available.

Posted on March 11, 2024 by News Admin

Sunshine City Prince Hotel (3-1-5 Higashi-Ikebukuro, Toshima-ku, Tokyo), operated by Seibu Prince Hotels Worldwide, will offer “Moomin Special Rooms” as an official hotel of Moomin Valley Park. The offer is limited to two rooms per day for stays between April 6 and September 30. The current rooms will be temporarily closed after the March 31 stay.

The new “Moomin Special Rooms” have been redesigned in blue, from the guest room wallpaper design to the amenities (hardcover handy notebook/mug cup) and novelties (towel set) that can be taken home as souvenirs, and even the original hotel card key. The new design expresses a cool seasonal feeling from spring to summer.

Room rates start at 19,000 yen per person per night (based on double occupancy per room) and include a Japanese/Western buffet breakfast and a voucher for one-day admission to Moomin Valley Park (available on check-out day).
